LABLION system implementation typically takes between 8 to 12 weeks from the initial agreement to "going live".
SCOPE OF SERVICES
1. Procedures
- Implementation planning of the LABLION system
- Recommendations of steps required to successfully install the new system
- Assist in assembling setup information and data used in the implementation process. (not all may be applicable)
- Lab workflow report for LABLION customization
- IT infrastructure report for LABLION configuration
- DATABASE SERVER design and hospital requirements
- Network design and allocation
- DATABASE SERVER installation
- Software customization / LAB QA, Protocols, Lists
- All station installations
- Flexible training
- Functionality customization
- Establish specifications for bridging from LIS software to capture case information
- Establish specifications for various Lab hardware (stainers, cassette printers, etc.)
2. Training and system verification
- We work with you and your staff during installation and implementation to help you gain a thorough understanding of the system
- We train in all areas of the LABLION system
- We perform a system verification to assure that it is functioning as intended and producing accurate results reports based on your input
3. Conversion and Post-Conversion Support
- Assist in planning and assembling data for the conversion to LABLION, as required
- Provide free support for 30 days after conversion
